Lucas's final semester of a teaching qualification in Ribeirão Preto

Lucas is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a teaching qualification at Ribeirão Preto State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,300. The registrar has said Lucas can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Lucas has a 3.8 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Lucas would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Lucas isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Ribeirão Preto State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $1,300 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $350 • Final term tuition: $810 • Exam and lab fees: $65 • Textbooks and materials: $75 I hope life is good to you.
