Louis needs a specialist standing frame - help us make it happen
A specialist standing frame would give Louis independence - we're $3,750 away.

Louis lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at the Toronto Rehabilitation Centre has assessed him and recommended a specialist standing frame. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $3,750.
His current equipment is 8 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined him to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment Louis could attend work interviews. It would change everyday life for the whole family.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
I'll pay the supplier directly from the funds, and I'll post a photo once the equipment is delivered.

• Fitting and training sessions: $125
• Delivery and set-up: $145
• First-year servicing plan: $280

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Louis.
Sure. The biggest one is specialist standing frame, $3,200. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
