Lotus Primary School needs a community fridge - Rizky's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a community fridge - we need $600 for materials.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a community fridge. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Lotus Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $600.
It will serve about 293 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $600 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $40
• Materials: $520
• Safety equipment and signage: $40
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
