Lorena needs a soldering station and testing tools to reopen a phone repair counter
A phone repair counter in Winston-Salem needs help replacing a soldering station and testing tools after a break-in.

For three years I have run a phone repair counter in Winston-Salem. In May, a break-in took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $1,650 goes:
• Shop repairs and licensing: $190
• Working capital for the first month: $640
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $820
Glad we found this place.
Updates from Lorena
Wanted to say thank you properly. 25% funded and I made the first payment toward shop repairs and licensing.
We're at 5% thanks to 4 of you. I met with the supplier and confirmed the amounts. More news soon.
