I have worked as a call-centre agent for 18 years, and I'm 29. After being laid off, I decided to move into accounting, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Tamil Nadu, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
