Looking for a renewable energy mentor: Anita's career change at 35
Seeking an experienced renewable energy professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.
🇮🇳 India569 views
I have worked as a retail manager for 15 years, and I'm 35. After the factory closing, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thank you for reading my story.
