Liton's final semester of a nursing degree in Dhaka
Liton has worked and saved for four years to study a nursing degree; a $600 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Liton is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Dhaka Community College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600.
The registrar has said Liton can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Liton has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Liton would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Liton isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Dhaka Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $600 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $220
• Final term tuition: $310
• Exam and lab fees: $40
• Textbooks and materials: $30
Thank you so much.
