Let's build a skate park together in Warsaw
A community-led a skate park at the Sycamore community hall that will serve 120 neighbors.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 30 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Sycamore community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 120 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $300 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $110
• Safety equipment and signage: $150
• Permits and inspections: $40
