Let's build a skate park together in Savar
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $250 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 12 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Unity vacant lot, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $250.
It will serve about 133 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in March and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $250 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $35
• Tools hire and delivery: $30
• Materials: $185
