Let's build a skate park together in Marrakesh
A community-led a skate park at Maple Primary School that will serve 112 neighbors.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 112 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in April and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.

• Permits and inspections: $65
• Materials: $185
