Let's build a skate park together in Manila

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 9 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer health centre yard, but no funding. We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $450. It will serve about 248 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly.
