Let's build a skate park together in Lapu-Lapu
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $450 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 12 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Park, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 140 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $450 goes:
• Materials: $230
• Permits and inspections: $60
• Safety equipment and signage: $45
• Tools hire and delivery: $115
