Let's build a skate park together in Lahore

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Liberty health centre yard, but no funding. We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $200. It will serve about 381 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $200 goes: • Permits and inspections: $15 • Safety equipment and signage: $15 • Materials: $170 If you're reading this, thank you.
