Let's build a skate park together in Khulna
A community-led a skate park at the Maple health centre yard that will serve 229 neighbors.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 21 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Maple health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 229 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $450 goes:
• Materials: $330
• Permits and inspections: $25
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
• Tools hire and delivery: $60
