Let's build a skate park together in Hubballi
A community-led a skate park at the Liberty vacant lot that will serve 339 neighbors.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 29 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Liberty vacant lot, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $110, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 339 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $450 goes:
• Materials: $320
• Permits and inspections: $25
• Safety equipment and signage: $50
• Tools hire and delivery: $55
I hope life is good to you.
