Let's build a skate park together in Angeles
Volunteers in Angeles are raising $700 for a skate park at Harmony Park.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 19 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Park, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $700.
It will serve about 197 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.

• Permits and inspections: $45
