Let's build a sensory garden for children with autism together in London
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a sensory garden for children with autism - we need $3,400 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a sensory garden for children with autism. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Liberty health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $3,400.
It will serve about 437 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $3,400 goes:
• Materials: $2,550
• Permits and inspections: $135
• Safety equipment and signage: $320
• Tools hire and delivery: $395
