Who gets the funds, you or the suppliers?
It comes to me first, then I pay the suppliers myself and upload the receipt. I wouldn't be comfortable any other way. Fair thing to want to know.

What exactly is the $650 for?
Safety equipment and signage is $75 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Fair thing to want to know.
Our local city council office has an emergency fund, might be worth asking them.
