Let's build a repair café workshop together in Mumbai
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a repair café workshop - we need $300 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Park, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $190, and the remaining cost is $300.
It will serve about 542 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in January and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $300 goes:
• Materials: $230
• Permits and inspections: $55
• Tools hire and delivery: $15
