Let's build a repair café workshop together in Makati
A community-led a repair café workshop at the Pioneer community hall that will serve 386 neighbors.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 14 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Pioneer community hall, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $400.
It will serve about 386 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in December and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $400 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $35
• Safety equipment and signage: $80
• Materials: $285
