Let's build a repair café workshop together in Lahore
A community-led a repair café workshop at Pioneer Park that will serve 199 neighbors.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 9 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Pioneer Park, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $400.
It will serve about 199 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $400 goes:
• Materials: $310
• Safety equipment and signage: $40
• Permits and inspections: $50
