Let's build a repair café workshop together in Jodhpur
Volunteers in Jodhpur are raising $450 for a repair café workshop at Lotus Primary School.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a repair café workshop. This year a group of 29 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Lotus Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 124 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in February and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $450 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $40
• Tools hire and delivery: $90
• Materials: $320
Thank you so much.

So sorry you're going through this, Sameer. Hope you get there. Please keep us posted.
I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 14 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Love from Gatineau.
Stay strong, Sameer. Great idea, hope you get there. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Jodhpur.
