Let's build a rainwater harvesting system together in Greensboro
Volunteers in Greensboro are raising $3,250 for a rainwater harvesting system at Cedar Primary School.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 22 volunteers, including a retired civil engineer, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Cedar Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $3,250.
It will serve about 364 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $3,250 goes:
• Safety equipment and signage: $310
• Permits and inspections: $290
• Materials: $2,650
I hope life is good to you.
