Let's build a community garden together in Tema

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 9 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Jacaranda Park, but no funding. We have received donated timber, and the remaining cost is $450. It will serve about 466 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in October and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly.       Sure. The biggest one is materials, $330. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Fair thing to want to know.
