Lestari's school year: uniform, books and a laptop

Lestari earned a place in the first year of senior school at the Surabaya Selective School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things She needs, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have. Lestari loves coding and wants to become an architect. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. She will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $150 goes: • Laptop: $65 • School uniform and shoes: $45 • Textbooks and workbooks: $20 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
