Lestari needs gallbladder removal at Bandung General Hospital and the family is $1,050 short of the hospital's estimate.

Lestari was diagnosed with a hip fracture that never healed properly in March. The surgeon at Bandung General Hospital recommended gallbladder removal, and She is scheduled for June. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,300, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $1,050 short.
my sister has been in and out of Bandung General Hospital since March. The doctors say a hip fracture that never healed properly will get worse without gallbladder removal. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,300 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Lestari struggles with daily life and can't drive. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 5 weeks. During that time Lestari won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
