Leandro needs an espresso machine and grinder to reopen a roadside café
Leandro lost an espresso machine and grinder to a storm that collapsed the roof and needs $500 to reopen a roadside café and support the family.

For fifteen years I have run a roadside café in Feira de Santana. In June, a storm that collapsed the roof took an espresso machine and grinder. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Working capital for the first month: $220
• Initial stock: coffee and pastries: $195
• Shop repairs and licensing: $85
Thanks for being kind about this.
Updates from Leandro
Good news. Because of your gifts ($170 in total) the plan for initial stock: coffee and pastries is now scheduled. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.
