Laura needs a stair-climbing aid - help us make it happen
A stair-climbing aid would give Laura independence - we're $250 away.

I live with profound hearing loss. My occupational therapist at the Guadalupe Mobility Clinic has assessed me and recommended a stair-climbing aid. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $250.
My current equipment is 14 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined me to home for 10 weeks.
With the right equipment I could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change my everyday life and my ability to work from home.
We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest.
Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing.
Where the $250 goes:
• Fitting and training sessions: $70
• Delivery and set-up: $45
• First-year servicing plan: $135
Glad we found this place.

hang in there. This could happen to any of us. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. God bless.
I hope things turn around soon. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Rotterdam.
