Lata's septoplasty can't wait - please help us cover the bill

In September I was diagnosed with a cleft palate needing repair. My surgeon at Muzaffarpur Regional Medical Center recommended septoplasty, and I have been placed on the schedule for December. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $810, and after what our health plan will pay, I'm still $650 short.
