Neslihan was diagnosed with a herniated spinal disc in September. The surgeon at Istanbul Community Hospital recommended laparoscopic cyst removal, and She is scheduled for December. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $2,150, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $1,300 short.
