Kunal's ACL reconstruction can't wait - please help us cover the bill
A scheduled ACL reconstruction in September is out of reach without help covering $4,700 of the cost.

Kunal was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee in May. The surgeon at Saint Francis Hospital recommended ACL reconstruction, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $6,250, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $4,700 short.
my son has been in and out of Saint Francis Hospital since May. The doctors say osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without ACL reconstruction. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $6,250 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Kunal struggles with daily life and can't climb stairs. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Rehabilitation is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Kunal won't be able to climb stairs, so the costs keep growing.
