I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a law degree at San Diego State College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a warehouse packer to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,500.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the San Diego State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,500 goes:
• Final term tuition: $950
• Textbooks and materials: $350
• Exam and lab fees: $200
I hope life is good to you.

Hope things get better soon, Kimberly. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. After 21 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Wishing you peace, Kimberly. I hope things turn around soon. Take care.
Take care. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. My neighbor in Saket donated after I showed her your page. All the best
