I make my living with my pickup. 8 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $50. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my family of five. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $50 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $10
• Labor charges: $35
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $5
Glad we found this place.
Updates from Khalid
Good news. Because of your gifts ($49 in total) I made the first payment toward road tax and insurance renewal. Still a way to go but it feels less lonely.

Good luck, Khalid. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
