After the loss of my brother, Kevin has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the San Francisco Counselling Collective cost $60 each.
Kevin has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Kevin could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Kevin, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
