A disconnection notice for water arrived and Vindya needs $150 before November.

The water account is 2 months behind. Vindya received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Vindya called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes three children under ten, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Vindya is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
