Keep the water on at Suthep's home in Bangkok

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in June. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through winter without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
