Girona

The water account is 3 months behind. Sergio received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $450 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Sergio called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through winter without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. Sergio is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $450 goes: • Water arrears: $230 • Reconnection and late fees: $95 • Down payment on a payment plan: $125 Glad we found this place.
