Keep the water on at Rania's home in Mansoura
Rania is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through summer without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Rania's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

• Gas arrears: $90
• Reconnection and late fees: $15
• Down payment on a payment plan: $45
