Keep the water on at Mohit's home in Coimbatore

The water account is 4 months behind. Mohit received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Mohit called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
