The water account is 3 months behind. Liam received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $400 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours. Liam called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $130 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
