Keep the water on at Krishna's home in Kathmandu

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $100. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $100 goes: • Heating arrears: $60 • Reconnection and late fees: $25 • Down payment on a payment plan: $15 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
