The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $150. I have never been late before June's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without water isn't safe.
