A disconnection notice for water arrived and Joya needs $100 before November.

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $100. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
