Keep the water on at Hans's home in Berlin
Hans is behind on water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $650 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 4 months behind. Hans received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $650 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Hans called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $160 first, which isn't available.
The household includes an elderly mother, and going through summer without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Hans is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
