A disconnection notice for water arrived and Gabriel needs $700 before April.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $700. I have never been late before December's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $70 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through winter without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

• Reconnection and late fees: $60
• Down payment on a payment plan: $140
