Keep the water on at Candra's home in Jakarta

The water account is 4 months behind. Candra received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $100 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in June. Candra called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Candra is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
