Keep the heating on at Viktor's home in Kharkiv
Viktor is behind on heating bills after May's medical emergency and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The heating account is 2 months behind. Viktor received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before May's medical emergency.
Viktor called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Viktor is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

It's all in the list in the story. heating arrears is the big one at $65, I'll post a receipt when it's paid.
