Keep the heating on at Sami's home in Rabat

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $150. I have never been late before December's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
