Keep the heating on at Rolando's home in Pasig
A disconnection notice for heating arrived and Rolando needs $150 before July.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in March.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Water arrears: $95
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $35
