Keep the heating on at Remedios's home in Calamba

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Utility arrears: $85
• Reconnection and late fees: $25
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
